My roof cleaning system uses non pressure technology that will guarantee not to cause any damage to your roof, its tiles or its surrounding area, it is a soft wash system that once the moss is removed it very gently cleans the surface. There is of course the other option and that is to steam clean the roof which also has stunning results.
At JMS Exterior Cleaning we offer the complete package when it comes to roof cleaning with a service to suit all budgets. The first thing to deal with is the removal of moss should there be any. This I do by hand using custom made roof blades that fit each and every individual tile, if for some reason I don’t have one, then I have an engineer make one for me.
Once the moss has been removed and the gutters have been vacuumed and cleaned I then have several options on how to clean the tiles. One option and the most popular option is to apply a special treatment that kills off any remaining organic matter and prevents it from returning, this treatment also cleans the tiles over time with incredible results, please see my images in the gallery.
