We wanted the moss removed from our property and after a couple or quotes we went with JMS. Joe seemed knowledgeable and friendly. He provided an email quote, attaching his training and insurance certificates. He clearly states low pressure is used to ensure tiles aren't damaged. This is not the case for us. The protective coating was removed from the tiles, making them 100% porous. Tiles were moved and not reseated properly. The cover on my external electric socket box was broken, drain cover broken. As a result of the work Joe did we now have to pay £13k plus vat for a new roof. I emailed Joe the day after he did the work, when the roof had dried out and I could see the damage and he ignored me, he ignored the 2nd email and ignored the letter I posted to his home. I wish I could turn back time and not have had it done. Its been very stressful and Joe has taken no accountability or acknowledged the problem.
